This year, our theme is Dr. Seuss. Every Wednesday in September, Grade 1 students will have a Dr. Seuss book theme to dress up for. The dates, stories and dress up days are as follows:

• Sept. 9 “The Cat in the Hat” – wear a hat of any kind in school
• Sept. 16 “Green Eggs and Ham” – wear something green
• Sept. 23 “Fox in Socks” – wear crazy socks or mismatched socks
• Sept. 30 “If I Ran the Zoo” – bring your favorite stuffed animal to school
