Last Day Fun for Junior and Senior High

One of their teachers labeled it, “inspiring”, and, “a great way to end the year”, as she watched Division 3 & 4 students, “interact positively,” during their Fun in the Sun wind up celebration on Thursday. Beach Volleyball and Sponge Wars kept the crowd screaming happily all afternoon, culminating with a thorough soaking by Deputy Chief Clint Baker and Russell Hetherington of the Swan Hills Fire Department.

Mr. Linger is mainly responsible for planning it all and spending hours getting the beach volleyball pits ready, although he credits Mr. Hooey, Mrs. Lewis, and student, Parker Frost, for helping make it all happen.

Junior and Senior High students will be coming in next week to write any exams they have left but there are no more classes for them.
